This was a rather special Halloween for me, and hopefully, for Aaron Ty as well. I was in charge of his class Halloween Party. So I wrote a special story called the "Ghosts of Howland Springs" and read it to them. Then we played games and I had Halloween music and, of course, the parents brought in tons of treats. I think everyone had a good time.
The next night we went trick-or-treating together and got the usual "tons of candy" before going home and watching Abbott & Costello's "Who Done It?" and "Abbott & Costello Meet the Mummy" - two of our favorites - while sipping hot cocoa.
This is definitely the Halloween I'll never forget. Boo!
