A beautiful fall day at the park

After several cold and/or rainy days, we finally had a beautiful fall day to take advantage of - and we did. Aaron Ty and I went to the local park and enjoyed the weather, the playground and the fall leaves. Aaron found another boy to chase after him for a bit and also showed off his balancing skills as pictured above.

It was a special, unscheduled Sunday visit and Aaron Ty even spent the night. We had ham, perogies and corn for dinner and later watched Star Wars IV: A New Hope at his request. The night before he had gone to a Star Wars themed birthday party and since then has been in a Star Wars mood. It's so great having a son!

This is a very good week upcoming. Aaron is coming over Tuesday and Thursday evenings plus I am going over to his place to take him trick or treating on Friday. Big fun!
